About the Workshop
“Paint only what you like and paint LOTS.”
Anne Abgott’s dramatic and colorful watercolor paintings are the result of a unique approach to using the medium. In her workshop you will learn quick, direct techniques for powerful paintings.
Starting with a very ordinary photo, Anne will share the composition and color techniques she uses to create stunning paintings. She moves pure color directly from the palette, mixes color on the dry paper, and forgoes glazing. The result is her unmistakable and compelling watercolors.
