Elizabeth Norris Cutler is a Tampa-based pastel artist who has been teaching the beginner pastel class at the Old Hyde Park Art Studio since October 2022. She has taken classes and workshops taught by Tony Allain, Alain Picard, and Tara Will and counts them as her biggest influences throughout her work.
Her demo will focus on creating small landscape studies from start to finish starting with value studies and experimenting with color palettes.
Elizabeth is a member of the Tampa Bay Pastel Society, the Southeastern Pastel Society and the Pastel Society of America.
