Deck the Walls/Golden Oldies: Prospectus Guidelines

Open and free to all members in good standing. You may join at drop off. (Your membership is immediately in effect continues for all of 2020)
This show is of original 2D and 3D art, no reproductions or pre-made craft items.
No restriction of age of artwork.
Wall pieces must be wired for hanging and framed properly, or if gallery wrapped, painted neatly around the sides.
All original bin art must be clear wrapped and appropriately backed.
Receiving will be from 12- 3PM on Saturday, November 16th and Sunday, November 17th.

Artist can send in photos of work exhibited if they wish to be included in our Facebook Ad for this event. Please send your images to Judy Milsaps at judith5886@gmail.com
Pickup of unsold artwork will be December 20th 12-3PM. Any artwork left longer than 30 days will become property of TRA. We do not have the space to safely store your work long term!

All original artwork must be priced at $150 or less.
The Gallery will take 10% commission on sales and it will go to the upkeep and renovation fund of The Historic Old Hyde Park Art Center.

Members may submit up to 2 wall pieces, 4 bin pieces and 4 cards/packs of cards in card rack.
If one piece sells from one of those areas, the artist can replace it with another for that area only. (For example, if you sell 1 wall piece, you can replace it with another wall piece.)

All art submitted must be labeled with the artists’ name, contact information, title of the piece, media and price in addition to filling out an entry/inventory form. They must match.
Wall art must have wall cards filled out by the artist to post next to their art. Cards must be no larger than a standard business card. And should include Name, Title, Media and Price.
